1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the UpPath IT Solutions website or enrolling in our career enablement programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated service agreements.
2. Scope of Services
UpPath IT provides professional career enablement services, including resume engineering, ATS optimization, 1-on-1 technical mentorship, mock interviews, and talent marketing representation for North American tech employment opportunities (W2, C2C, Contract-to-Hire).
3. Candidate Commitments
Candidates participating in our placement accelerator agree to participate diligently in scheduled coaching sessions, complete technical assignments, attend arranged client interview rounds promptly, and provide accurate, verifiable representations of their professional experience.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary coaching materials, mock interview archives, system design rubrics, and platform technologies provided by UpPath IT remain the sole intellectual property of UpPath IT Solutions and may not be distributed or shared without written authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
While UpPath IT commits to active recruiter marketing and comprehensive interview preparation, final hiring decisions rest exclusively with third-party client organizations.
